I enjoy using data to uncover insights and solve problems. My experience spans financial reporting, market research, and academic projects where I applied tools like Python, R, SQL, and Excel. What excites me most about data analytics is how data can be used to persuade, educate and drive better decision-making.
I’m drawn to project management because I enjoy bringing structure and teamwork to complex projects. In my consulting and leadership roles, I’ve coordinated events, led outreach initiatives, and supported multi-step deliverables. I love how project management strengthens my adaptability, communication and leadership skills.
I believe data has the most impact when it’s presented clearly and honestly. I’ve worked with Tableau, Python, and D3.js to design dashboards and interactive graphics that make data easier to understand. I love how data visualization allows me to tap into my creativity and helps me in turning technical analysis into stories that resonate with people.
I’m interested in entrepreneurship because I enjoy thinking creatively and testing new ideas. From consulting projects on AI integration to research on inclusive hiring, I’ve explored innovative ways to solve problems. I see entrepreneurship as a mindset of initiative and resourcefulness that I aim to keep building.

Hi! I’m Kailey Wen! I graduated from UC San Diego and am currently based in Southern California. I love using data to tell stories and solve real-world problems. I also love my morning matchas, playing tennis and reviewing my favorite restaurants on Beli. My long-term goal is to continue exploring the intersection of data, business, and innovation while contributing to meaningful projects along the way.
